If faced with the decision of pow or waves… say both have potential to be epic. What would you do? Would your ish already be packed? Would you already be heading there? Would you be sitting in a coffee shop writing about it?
Would it be an easy decision?

i seriously just flipped a coin,,,,east won.
now i'm thinking about a coin toss for the coin toss.
i'm losing my mind.
i know huh. one will be filled with alpentalics/stevensAss types. the other could be a total wash.
ridiculous.
personally haven't boarded once in 2 seasons, surfed 300+ sessions during that time. wife calls me a '1 note' but I am quite alright with it. been having lots o' fun.
last couple rounds its been a split decision; why not both
there is no formula
I think you should go vertical. Sea level will be crowded at every freakin’ spot. You can have it all during the summer; just give us winter surfers some freedom to carve, Puh-leeez!
Both. You can do both. Hurricane ridge then one of “those” spots or vica versa depending on the tides.
the shredders win: West for the glory!
Wife hates me `cause we met in the East, but I'm always headed West. Who was the 90's action movie character who said “Hate keeps me warm.”?
SO WHERE DID YOU GO TO PRETEND YOU ARE RADICAL
i zigged. then i zagged.
Usually it's one or the other round here and on these big NorWesters, its a no brainer. Been there done those roadies already this year, so it was time to stay close to home and just head eastey. After a very surfy Feb and March it was good to finnaly get some deep tunrs in the upper bowls. Especially when the end of the season comp tickets start flowing and you can show up at 3 and ride pow in the daylight till almost 8.
yeah, no doubt huh. i was checking the mtn cams last week one "evening" around 8pm. still light enough up there to ride. probably.
