All the good breaks in the PNW (and the most of the world..... Pipe, Bells, Teahupo) are lefts and I can't surf lefts to save my life. I feel stiff and awkward. I think that's why I get a little intimidated when the straights are good. So dammit, the majority of the time you're probably having a better time than I am out there :-) I wish I was goofy.
