   That was an amazing event. 60-year-old Clyde Aikau had an amazing drop. Peter Mel was robbed of a score early on in the 1st heat. Kelly showed up and dominated in both of his heats. Greg Long deservedly won when Waimea Bay turned consistently ON during the later stages of the contest.

     Greg Long deserved it. I think he should have won the "Monster Drop" contest too.
