Caught some super fun surf on Sunday. Hit the tides and crowd perfect. Cove for a 3.5 hour session, then the Groins for a good hour and a half. Both were some of the better conditions i’ve had there in a while–you know, weekend warrior and all.
One of my friends broke two boards at the Cove. One buckled and one got chewed up by rocks. Harsh.
At the Groins, i was posted up on the second jetty with about 8 dudes. Right in the middle of the line up a sun fish popped up–about 2 feet long. It hung around for a bit. Pretty cool. Super ugly.

goodtimes out there! that fish was super trippy for sure…i tried picking it up and it weighed a ton. thing was solid. sick clip of blair. kinda wishin i was goofy footed for that session.
