Epicly gnarly camping conditions last weekend–wind, rain, stormy. Luckily it wasn’t too cold. Luckily we all brought tarps or our asses would’a been hating it. Easily the crappiest weather i’ve ever camped in…

Fun surf with a handful of friends. Glassy session for the evening arrival. Shoulder high and peeling pretty good. Later in the weekend session with probably the biggest waves i’ve ever surfed (Oahu doesn’t count). Super gnarly, lotta current, decent hold downs, slightly sketchy, totally extreme. Fun waves though a bit bumpy. Got my ass handed to me.
